Refund Policy

 

The following is the refund/cancellation policy for all registered attendees of JCHA conferences or meetings:

 

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to meeting – 75% refund

Cancellation 29-15 days prior to meeting – 50% refund

Cancellation 14 – 10 days prior to meeting – 25% refund

Cancellation 10 days or less before meeting – No refund

 

Refund policy for all registered exhibitors of JCHA conferences or meetings is as follows:

 

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to meeting – 50% refund

Cancellation 29 days or less before meeting - No refund

 

Yearly membership dues are non-refundable.
