DIAMOND PLUS SPONSOR - $15,000 per year

• Recognition as a Diamond Plus Sponsor in all JCHA event promotions, in print or on website.

SUPPORTER - $500 per year

JCHA Individual Activity Sponsorship Levels

HOST – Cost of activity (est. $1500-$5000 depending on activity)

• Opportunity to host one (1) JCHA activity with no other sponsors in attendance.  Sponsor will provide speaker and costs of location and refreshments appropriate for time of day.  Topic must directly correspond to JCHA member's needs.  Activity will be open to JCHA members at no cost.  JCHA will provide audience via multiple emails, 1 mailing and website promotion.

EXHIBITOR/ATTENDEE - $500 per activity

• Recognition as an exhibitor in the chosen JCHA activity promotion, in print or on website, up until the day after the meeting occurs.

• Exhibit space (if space allows)/ up to 3 reps in attendance at the chosen JCHA meeting open to sponsors.

SPONSOR - $250 per activity

• Recognition as a Sponsor in the chosen JCHA activity promotion, in print or on website, up until the day after the meeting occurs.

• 2 representatives may attend the chosen JCHA meeting open to sponsors.
